14-day refund
If a purchase does not work out, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you will get all of it back, no explanation needed.
Write to us through the contact page with the e-mail address used for the purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few days to show it.
After 14 days
A purchase is a one-time payment for the period or list it covers, so we do not refund after 14 days, except when a problem on our side kept you from using what you bought. In that case tell us and we will make it right.
What happens to the list
After a refund the list returns to the free plan: it keeps its data, but the free limits apply again.
Taxes
If tax was added to your purchase it is refunded together with the price.
