Who we are

SignupBloom (signupbloom.app) is an online service to create sign-up sheets and share them with a link. You can reach us at any time through the contact page.

Using the service

Guests do not need an account. Organizers manage a list with a private link or by signing in with a link sent to their e-mail address.

By creating a list you confirm that you may collect the information you ask for, and that you will use it only to organize your event. You are responsible for what you write on your lists and for the people you invite.

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to harass or spam people, to collect sensitive data (health records, payment cards, identity numbers, passwords), or to try to break or overload it.

Keep your private management link safe: anyone who has it can edit your list.

Plans and prices

Free: unlimited lists, up to 30 sign-ups per list and 3 questions on the sign-up form.

Unlock this list (one-time payment per list): valid for as long as that list exists. Up to 2,000 sign-ups, up to 15 questions, reminders, messages to everyone, copies of a list, co-organizers and the option to hide our name. An unlock cannot be moved to another list; if the list is deleted, the unlock ends with it.

Unlock all your lists (one-time payment, valid for 365 days): the same features on all the lists created with your e-mail address. Nothing renews by itself; you decide whether to buy again.

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout where it applies.

We may change prices and limits for future purchases. What you already paid for stays valid for the period you bought.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running and to back up its data, but it is provided "as is", with no promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Do not rely on it as the only record of something critical.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (for example a missed event). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can delete any list at any time from its management page. We may suspend a list that breaks these terms. Lists are also deleted automatically as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
